Colonial Dames hold quarterly meeting

The Shenandoah Chapter of the Colonial Dames of the XVII Century held its quarterly meeting at the Mimslyn Inn in Luray on May 4.

The following new officers were installed: Essie Deen, president; Sharon Grandle, vice president; Agnes Donnelly, treasurer; Mary Anne Campbell, recording secretary; Karen Landers, corresponding secretary; Virginia Layman, chaplain; Nancy Bauserman, registrar; and Sharon Grandle, historian-librarian. The chapter will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year at their Aug. 10 meeting in Harrisonburg.
