Nina McLemore Inc. has announced the opening of its flagship store in Chevy Chase, Md., in the Friendship Heights area. This is the company's 12th store and joins other locations in New York, San Francisco, Aspen, Vail, Palm Desert, Nantucket, Seattle and Easton, Md.
Nina McLemore, a Washington, D.C., resident is a designer of elegant women's apparel for professionals and women who are leaders in their community. Her clients include CEO's of Fortune 100 companies, senior government officials, prominent lawyers, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, authors, journalists and women who are active in their communities.
The collection is known for its natural fine fabrics from Switzerland, Italy and England, bright colors, excellent fit and light weights that are seasonless and wrinkle resistant for international travel. Currently the collection is sold through fine better specialty stores and through sales consultants in private trunk shows.
Wisconsin Place in Chevy Chase was chosen for its strong position in the region and many clients in the area from private shows at McLemore's home in Georgetown.
