Franziska Lee Galvin and Thomas Michael Curry Jr. were married on July 13, 2013, at 4 p.m., at Boggs Chapel on the grounds of Randolph Macon Academy. Dr. Rev. Michael Normoyle performed the double ring ceremony. A reception followed at The Front Royal Moose Lodge.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Gabriele Galvin of Front Royal. The groom is the son of Teresa and Thomas Curry Sr. of Front Royal.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an extravagant princess ball gown with crystal embellishments that she had selected since high school. The bride and groom were unique in their footwear, both wearing Sperry's, white for the bride and black for the groom. The black Sperry's went along with his sophisticated gray suit with white vest and purple tie.
The maid of honor was Brittany Hennis of Front Royal, best friend of the bride. Bridemaids were April Wilson, Sarah Eshelman and Ravyn Haley, all of Front Royal. Flower girl was on the groom's side of the family, Valarie Martin of Front Royal. Best man was Paul Geibler of Pennsylvania, best friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Brandon Curry, Tyler Curry and Zach Sibert all of Front Royal. The ring bearer was the bride's youngest brother, Joshua Galvin. Ushers Jeffry Galvin and Johnathan Galvin, the bride's brothers from Front Royal.
The couple will honeymoon in the Dominican Republic and lives in Front Royal.
