Menu -- Shenandoah Public Schools
Monday: Toasted ham and cheese sandwich (or, for grades 6-12, tuna salad sandwich), vegetable soup with crackers, sweet potato fries, peaches or an apple. Tuesday: Cheese quesadilla (or, for grades 6-12, corn dog nuggets), steamed broccoli, potato wedges, sliced peaches or a mango. Wednesday: Oven baked chicken with a biscuit, (or, for grades 6-12, a Steak-um on a wheat bun), mashed potatoes, peas, grapes or a banana. Thursday: Beef teriyaki wonder bites with a whole wheat bun (or, for grades 6-12, a Sloppy Joe on a wheat bun), baked beans, corn, mixed fruit or applesauce. Friday: Turkey and cheese wrap with lettuce (or, for grades 6-12, a chicken patty with lettuce on a wheat bun), oven fries, green beans, orange juice or strawberries.
