Country singer Tyler Farr to close out Clarke County Fair

The Clarke County Fair has announced county singer and songwriter, Tyler Farr, will be the feature entertainment at 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 16 at the 60th Annual Clarke County Fair in Berryville.

Farr's platinum single, "Redneck Crazy," hit the airwaves in 2013 and quickly rose to the top. "Redneck Crazy" was named to Country Music Television's 2013 Top 20 Countdown, according to a press release from the fair office. Billboard recently profiled Farr as one of Country Radio Seminar's New Faces. His newest single, "Whiskey in My Water," is making its way up the charts.

He currently is on tour with singers Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert and the band Florida Georgia Line.

Farr will perform the closing evening of the Clarke County Fair, which runs from Aug. 10 to 16. His opening act will be country newcomer, Joey Hyde. Track seats cost $25 and grandstand seats $20. Tickets will be available online through Etix.com, and service charges apply to online ticket sales. General ticket sales begin at noon April 5. Walk-in sales will be at the Clarke County Ruritan Fairgrounds ticket office from noon to 3 p.m. every Saturday.
