Menu -- Shenandoah Public Schools
Monday: Chicken patty on a wheat bun (or, for grades six to 12, a hot dog in a wheat bun), baked beans, a vegetable cup, peaches or apple juice. Tuesday: Baked macaroni and cheese with a whole wheat breadstick (or, for grades six to 12, a steak-um on a wheat bun), green beans, vegetable cup, pineapple or pears. Wednesday: Hamburger on a wheat bun with steamed broccoli and a vegetable cup (or, for grades six to 12, chef salad with fajita chicken strips and a whole wheat roll), applesauce and peaches. Thursday: Barbecue chicken on a wheat bun (or, for grades six to 12, sloppy Joe on a wheat bun), oven fries, Romaine lettuce with tomato and carrots, grapes or a tangerine. Friday: Toasted cheese sandwich (or, for grades six to 12, hamburger on a wheat bun), corn, steamed carrots, pears or apple juice.
