The Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury art committee has announced a new exhibit consisting of specially selected student works from seven Frederick County middle and high schools.

Because of bad weather, the exhibit opening reception was rescheduled from March 17 to March 24.

Students and their families, as well as a few teachers, filled the halls of Lawrence Gallery. Residents of the retirement community engaged the artists, allowing for a unique, multi-generational synergy. The gallery exhibit is open to the public will continue through May 15.
