Regarding the article on the American Civil Liberties Union and Del. C. Todd Gilbert (R-Woodstock) involving legislation for the use of drones: I would urge Del. Gilbert to consider the civil side and not only the criminal side of a surveillance.
As a private investigator who may use drones in future surveillance, the legislation should include our permissive use.
