A reminder to those who wish to comment on the proposed application by Recyc Systems to increase the the amount of agricultural land that biosolids are applied to: the comments must be made by email to keith.showman@deq.virginia.gov or by letter to Keith Showman, DEQ POB 3000, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

Comments must be received by Dec. 26. For information on the request, search online for virgina deq - vpa - public notices.
