Letter to the Editor: Policy impasse is a travesty

Editor:

Shame on Winchester city and Fredrick County!

They should be ashamed of the way they treat the indigent and poor in this community.

Many of our low income residents cannot get to mental health appointments at the Community Services Board because the governments will not cooperate on public transportation across Interstate 81 to Delco Plaza.

This policy impasse is a travesty to the citizens of both entities.
