Letter to the Editor: New laws won't curb gun violence

Editor:

The definition of insanity: doing the same thing, over and over again and expecting a different result. This is what happens with the gun laws. It should be clear by now that passing new laws and regulations does nothing to curb gun violence.

Regardless every time an event happens, the call for more restrictions from the media and the left (oh right, they are one in the same) is deafening.

I think we should start examining our lawmakers for insanity first; this may be the core of the problem. Clearly by sending these incumbents back to Washington, time and time again, is another example of insanity. You could even call it suicidal.
