Letter to the Editor: Why is gas cheaper in Harrisonburg?

Has anyone noticed the 40-cent-a-gallon difference in gas between Harrisonburg and up here?

Why can't we get a truthful reply from our wholesalers? The gas is coming from the same supplier in Fairfax, and we are closer. It has nothing to do with the economy or everything down there would be cheaper. We are cheaper than West Virginia, so we are paying more to save.

Linwood McInturff, Middletown
