Letter to the Editor: Trash fairies, road hogs, inconsiderate drivers

Just a few observations:

When people take nine bags of trash to the Dumpster and when they arrive they only have five, do they think the “trash fairy” took them away? Don’t they watch behind themselves?

I’ve also noticed people are reluctant to pull over for emergency vehicles. And it’s not just young drivers, it’s old ones as well. That could be the difference between life and death.

I guess when someone buys a vehicle, sellers should explain what the gadget on the left side of the steering wheel does. It is the turn signal! All too many do not use theirs and go from left to right or vise versa.

Finally, do those who drive in the inside lane drive there because they are going to turn up in Canada or someplace? Invariably they ride next to the vehicle in the outside lane and hold up everyone.

That is all for this round.
