Letter to the Editor: Candidate has sound business background
The Warren County Board of Supervisors will be facing some tough decisions on financial issues in the coming years. They include continued funding for the regional jail, start-up costs for the new middle school, new capital projects, and improving employee and teacher salaries, just to name a few.
Over the past 12 years, Board of Supervisors Chairman Richard Traczyk, who represents the Shenandoah District, has been a stalwart when it comes to making these sorts of tough decisions. However, Mr. Traczyk will be retiring at the end of this year. Fortunately for the voters of the Shenandoah District, they have a sound candidate to replace him. That candidate is Ralph Rinaldi.
Mr. Rinaldi is a retired business man with over 25 years as an operations manager in the concrete industry. He managed over 50 employees at multiple sites. He is the owner of a small business, so he understands the value of hard work and what it takes to work within a budget. His experience with customer relations, contract negotiations, preparing multiple budgets, quality control issues, collection, and personal management has given him the sound business background to make the tough financial decisions needed by the Board of Supervisors to make he county government work for us.
If you want to see Warrant County continue to grow and prosper then we need to elect sound business minded people to represent us. Ralph Rinaldi is one of those people.
