Letter to the Editor: Annual March for Life is Jan. 22

Editor:
January 22 marks the 43rd anniversary of Roe vs. Wade when nine women and men acting like gods on the U.S. Supreme Court declared it was legal to kill an unborn baby — for no reason at all.
After 43 years, the abortions are down or that is what the liberal press would have one believe. The abortions performed in hospitals as dilation and curettage are unknown and do not count as abortions, but they are abortions.
Women and men who say it’s a woman’s right to do with her body as she wishes are forgetting or ignoring the fact that there are two bodies involved — the other body is the innocent unborn baby who has no say at all. Many women are using abortion as a means of birth control. They don’t recognize the unborn as a human or they don’t want to think about it. Just not a baby until she/he comes out of the womb.
The annual March For Life is Jan. 22 in Washington, D.C.  St. John Bosco Church in Woodstock has a bus going down and probably St. John’s in Front Royal will have a bus going down as well. It’s refreshing to see so many young people at the marches, which has happened for quite a few years.
