Letter to the Editor: Kudos go out to fire, police, rescue, ATF
Several months ago, you may recall a fire on Stoney Creek Road that was fatal to the resident.
Our funeral service was called to the scene to make the removal. When we arrived we had to wait for a while.
While waiting, I observed the process involving the fire marshal and staff, the sheriff’s department, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, and all firemen and rescue squad personnel.
Shenandoah County should be proud of the people mentioned and a big thank you for the good work they do. It would be bad without them. I personally would like to say thank you!
