Letter to the Editor: I’m neutral on issue of statues
Congratulations to Connie Schulz upon reaching the age of 60. I turned 60 last January.
Our Princess Anne High School Class of 1975 calls ourselves that strange generation, caught in twilight between the Baby Boomers and the New Wave. I feel caught between the North and South, too. I love those stone statues in the South in contrast to the cast-iron statues they have up North. But my father was from a suburb of Chicago and my mother was from Nebraska. So basically I’m neutral.
