Joey Gallman's first deer
"Joey has gone with me on many hunts over the years, but was not big enough to shoot a big-game firearm until this year," said his father, Ken Gallman. "This was the first day of him actually being the hunter."
After about two hours in the woods, Ken Gallman said Joey started getting restless and wanted to try rattling up a deer. After about five minutes of rattling, a 175-pound buck walked up to within about 125 yards of the pair. Joey Gallman shot him from that distance.
"This was the best day of my life," Joey Gallman told his dad.
