1-2-3-4 Cake

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
¾ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (small box)

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease 12-cup bundt ban with vegetable oil, dust with flour. Shake out excess flour. Set pan aside. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend on low speed for 2-3 minutes scraping sides of bowl. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 40-50 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness. Let cool for 6 minutes and invert. Cool.

Glaze (Optional): 1 c. 10X sugar, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, 3-4 T. milk
Mix together and pour over cake
