Applesauce Cake

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Vanilla Instant pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. applesauce
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 T. hot milk or water
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat with blender at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour contents in greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing. Top with confectioners sugar glaze after cake has cooled by combining the two ingredients for glaze and applying to top of cake.
