Baked Beans with Ground Beef

Serves 6-8

ΒΌ c. salad oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. vinegar
2 lb. cans pork and beans
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 c. tomato ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 T. mustard
2 T. sugar

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and simmer until golden brown. Add lean ground beef and stir until slightly brown. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a bean pot or any type of baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with tossed salad and rolls.
