Banana Bread

½ c. shortening
¾ c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 c. banana pulp (2 large bananas)

Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs and add 2 c. flour and bananas. Pour into a well greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
