Blueberry Pound Cake

1 pkg butter flavored cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. vegetable or Crisco oil
3 eggs
2 c. blueberries, fresh

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease & flour a 10 inch tube or bundt pan. Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for about one hour until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves 12-16. Serve this cake with whipped cream flavored with ½ tsp. almond extract.
