Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Quiche

½ c. ham chopped
1 ½ c. chopped broccoli
1-2 c. grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese
3 large eggs
1 t. cornstarch
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ c. half & half or milk

Beat eggs, milk, cornstarch, salt & pepper. Layer broccoli, ham & cheeses in deep dish pie shell. Stir egg mixture again and pour over quiche. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center is clean. Quiche should be firm.
