Chicken Apple Salad

2 cooked chicken breast (preferred for taste)
20 white or red seedless grapes - halved
2 celery sticks, chopped
1 apple diced - may substitute pears
¼ c. Ocean Spray dried cranberries
½ c. Mayonnaise (more if you like)
salt & pepper to taste

Cut up chicken into bite size pieces or shred into larger pieces with a fork. Add all ingredients & serve. Can be served on a croissant.
