1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. cocoa
3 c. 1% milk
½ c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
In a saucepan over medium heat, blend in the sugar, flour, salt, cocoa, gradually adding the milk a little at a time. Stir constantly until mixture is thick and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Serve over warm biscuits.
