Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
1 ¾ c. flour
Preheat oven 325 degrees and grease 2 bread pans. Combine first six dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Beat until fluffy, add pumpkin, mix well. Add chocolate chips. Combine with dry ingredients. Pour into bread pans and bake 1 hour until fork comes out clean. For cooked pumpkin, remove top and seeds from a small pie pumpkin, slice in fourths, cook 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until soft.
