Comfort Potatoes

6 medium potatoes
1-1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
1/4 c. butter
1-1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Peal, cube and cook potatoes until soft. In a sauce pan over low heat combine butter and both cheeses. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, pepper and onion powder. Fold sauce into potatoes and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
