Country Ham Spread on Biscuits

1 lb. Country Ham
2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
½ c.mayonnaise
½ onion grated
1 T. horseradish
1 T. grey poupon mustard
1 (24 pkg) small dinner rolls or small biscuits

Place country ham in food processor and finely chop. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard and blend. Let chill overnight. Allow to soften, then spread on rolls or biscuits and bake in preheated oven 3350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Can also be placed in a mold and served cold with crackers. Garish with parsley and sweet red peppers if desired.
