Cranberry Pudding

Serves 9

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 c. cranberries
2 tsp. melted butter
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine flour with milk and cranberries. Mix sugar, butter and baking powder together, combining with cranberry mixture. Pour in a greased and floured 8x8 pan and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Hot Sauce: 1 c. sugar, 2 c. water, 2 T. cornstarch, 2 T. cinnamon, 1 tsp. vanilla. Boil until thick, stirring constantly. Spoon over a serving of cake.
