Curried Chicken Spread

5 T. lowfat mayonnaise
3 T. chutney
½ tsp. curry powder
1 ½ c. chopped roiled or baked chicken breast
¾ c. finely chopped Granny Smith apple
1 T. finely chopped, unsalted dry roasted peanut

Mix all ingredients and serve with crackers or toasted grain-bread squares.
