Easy Crustless Quiche

3 eggs
1/3 c. margarine
½ c. Bisquick mix
1 ½ c. milk
dash of salt & pepper
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dried minced onion

Mix eggs, margarine, BIsquick, milk, salt & pepper in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
