Fresh Fruit Salsa
1 -1 ½ c. chopped fresh peaches or pineapple (fresh is better when available)* Mix and allow to sit to combine flavors. I serve this over a marinated or spiced/grilled pork chop. Can also be served with grilled fish (fresh peaches are wonderful when in season). *Be sure to drain fruit (reserve 1 tsp. juice for recipe) if using canned fruit. Lloydine J.
