Garlic Cream Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6-8

7 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled & mashed with a little butter & milk
2 pkgs. (3 ozs.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 T. chives
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt to taste
paprika

Place all ingredients, except paprika, into a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Place into buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
