Ha-Ha Soup

Serves 6-8

2 small cans beef broth
1 ½ c. water
1 ½ c. tomato juice
2 T. soy sauce
3 T. apple cider vinegar
dash salt & pepper
1/3 c. carrots
¼ c. green beans
1 c. chopped onions
½ c. chopped cooked chicken
3 beaten eggs
1 T. Accent seasoning mix

Put all the ingredients (except eggs) together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the eggs and you have to serve this right away while it's hot with crackers.
