Ham Loaf

Serves 8

1 lb. ground ham
½ lb. ground lean pork
2 eggs
1 ¼ c. soft bread crumbs
¾ c. milk
½ c. packed brown sugar
4 tsp. prepared mustard
¼ tsp. pepper

Mix ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, ¼ c. brown sugar, 2 tsp. mustard and pepper together. Spread ham mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3. Mix remaining brown sugar and mustard; spread over ham mixture. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until done, about 1 ½ hours.
