Hot Olive Cheese Puffs

Serves 12

1c. grated cheddar cheese
3 T. butter, softened
½ c. four
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. salt, optional
24 small green olives, drained on paper towel

Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour, salt (if desired), and paprika. Work dough with hands to mix. Wrap approximately 1 tsp. dough around each olive. Bake at 357 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
