Little Mini Meat Loaves

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. quick cooking oats
½ c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground venison
2/3 c. ketchup
½ c. brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13x9 baking dish.

In a bowl beat the egg and milk together, stir in the cheddar cheese, quick cooking oats, onions, and salt. Add the venison and stir well. Shape into mini loaves and place them into the greased baking dish.
Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and prepared mustard and spoon over the mini loaves. Bake uncovered for 45 min. or until meat is done which is 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
