Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

3 c. sugar
¾ c. margarine
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. Reese peanut butter chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow crème

Microwave margarine in 4 quart glass bowl on high for one minute. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir; microwave for 2 minutes. Mix well, and scrape the bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes. Take out and stir. Microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Stir well. Stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Note: If you would like to make chocolate instead, add one pack of semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1 tsp. of vanilla instead of peanut butter chips.
