Peach Bread

3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour (self rising)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 c. nuts
2 c. peaches (chopped or mashed)
(If not using self-rising flour, add: 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt)

Grease two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients together; add peaches with some juice and nuts. Blend with other ingredients and pour into pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean when put into the middle to test doneness.
