Peanut Butter Bon Bons

2 c. peanut butter
½ c. butter or margarine
3 c. crispy rice cereal
10 oz. (3 ½ - 4 c.) sifted 10X sugar

In saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter or margarine. In large bowl, combine powdered sugar and cereal. Pour sugar mixture into peanut butter mixture. Blend together with hands. Form into ½-inch balls. Chill until firm. Coat with chocolate, if desired.
