Pineapple Salad

1 medium can crushed pineapple
½ c. sugar
1 pkg. lime or lemon Jell-O
1 c. grated cheese
1 lemon
1 ½ c. whipped cream

Combine pineapple and sugar in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add Jell-O. Cool until set. Fold in grated cheese and juice of lemon, whip cream and fold into mixture. Set until firm.
