1 ½ c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
½ c. white sugar
½ c. light brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 T. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees about 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. (Or 425 degrees about 30 minutes)
