Quick Cheese Bread

3 ½ c. Bisquick (lowfat)
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 large egg

Bake at 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into greased, lightly floured 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 10 minutes before removing. Great with bowl of soup.
