Salmon & Veal Meatloaf w/ Spinach & Cream Cheese Center
1 can salmon Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine salmon, veal, bread crumbs, sugar, salt, pepper, eggs, parsley & tomato sauce. Mix all together and add the onion & green peppers. Mix in a separate bowl, the spinach and cream cheese. In a loaf pan, place half of the meat mixture in the pan and then the cream cheese mixture and then the remainder of the meat mixture.
