Salmon & Veal Meatloaf w/ Spinach & Cream Cheese Center

1 can salmon
1 small pkg. ground veal
1 c. bread crumbs
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
½ c. tomato sauce
dash salt & pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs beaten lightly
1 tsp. parsley
1 box frozen spinach, drained real good
1 small pkg cream cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine salmon, veal, bread crumbs, sugar, salt, pepper, eggs, parsley & tomato sauce. Mix all together and add the onion & green peppers. Mix in a separate bowl, the spinach and cream cheese. In a loaf pan, place half of the meat mixture in the pan and then the cream cheese mixture and then the remainder of the meat mixture. You may pour some ketchup on top of mixture before baking. Bake for 25-30 or until done.
