Spicy Deer Bar-B-Que

2 lbs. Ham deer steak, cut into thin strips or small chunks
2 T. red hot sauce
1 c. diced red or green bell pepper
1 c. diced videlia onion
1 c. Ragu sauce, choice of flavor
1 T Canola or olive oil
ΒΌ c. cold water

Place ingredients in pan on stove on medium heat. Cook approximately 15 minutes. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cover while cooking to lock in flavor. Serve on hamburger or hoagie buns.
