Spicy Deer Bar-B-Que
2 lbs. Ham deer steak, cut into thin strips or small chunks
Place ingredients in pan on stove on medium heat. Cook approximately 15 minutes. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cover while cooking to lock in flavor. Serve on hamburger or hoagie buns.
