1 large chicken, cooked, de-boned and cut into pieces OR 3-6 chicken breasts (raw)
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stack Ritz, Hi Ho or Town House crackers
1 stick margarine
1- 11/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Place chicken pieces into a greased oblong casserole dish. Stir together cream chicken soup and sour cream, mix well. Spread soup mixture over chicken. Crumble crackers and add to poppy seeds, mix well and sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt margarine and drizzle over crumb mixture. Place in 350 degree oven and bake 25-30 minutes.
