Sweet Potato Casserole

2 ½ c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick softened margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
¾ c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add topping (below) and bake an additional 15 minutes.
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. self rising flour
1 c. pecans
Mix margarine, sugar and flour. Cook over low heat until thick. If too thick add a little milk. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle pecans on top.
