Tomato Pie

Serves 6
2 c. large sliced tomatoes
1 unbaked pie shell - 9 inch frozen
1 T. basil, fresh, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
dash salt & pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place in pie shell. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheese and spread over the tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese melts or turns golden brown.
